Abstract Watercolor on Paper, in the style of Helen Frankenthaler

Abstract watercolor on paper featuring a loose composition of gray, ochre, green, blue and red passages, punctuated by delicate linear gestures. Presented in an elaborate giltwood frame with a distinctive incised geometric border, the work is attributed to Helen Frankenthaler and reflects a spontaneous, gestural approach to abstraction.
